Shipping Policy

United States shipping is done via wynd (powered by FedEx) and gets delivered within 1-5 business days, depending on selected service. Shipping rates will vary according to package size, weight and final destination. Should you require expedited shipping in the form of guaranteed next day delivery or second day delivery you will be given the option of making these selections on our check-out page.

As an added bonus, if you reside locally in either Brooklyn or Manhattan you will also be given the choice at check-out of opting for same-day courier delivery for a low flat fee.

For International shipments we use wynd Worldwide (powered by DHL Express) who provide customs clearance and door-to-door delivery service within 1-3 business days. Shipping rates will vary according to package size, weight and final destination. Duties and import taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.

Return Policy

Clearly defective goods and special use cases will be exchanged at our cost, but must be verified first through orders@ablearcher.co

Returns are accepted conditionally. All returns or exchanges must be verified first by contacting orders@ablearcher.co

Unused orders in their original condition with original hangtags and packaging may be returned/exchanged within 15 days of ship date. Exchanges happen within 5-7 business days of receiving your return granted the item is in stock, or you will be notified. If you have requested a refund, be advised that returning funds usually take 7-10 days to appear in the account used to make the purchase.

Able Archer has the right to refuse any exchange/refund unless the product has a clear manufacturing defect.
